Come spend the morning with us at the You Yangs as we walk and ride sections of Cressy Descent, check out key features and lines, and enjoy a relaxed, social vibe.

This is a fun, supportive morning for women intermediate riders who want to preview the trail before the big event, proudly brought to you by Gravity Girls with the support of You Yangs MTB Inc and Lysterfield District Trail Riders MTB Club.

Ride and walk key sections with experienced Cressy riders

Helmet & protective gear trial with Yarra Valley Cycles

Trail aid demo and tips with a highly qualified paramedic

 Swap/buy riding gear exchange – bring your unused gear and kit and keep the MTB  economy alive! 

Light lunch & refreshments provided

 You Yangs MTB Park

 9am meet up at Drysdale Road carpark

 

 Requirements

• AusCycling membership

• Comfortable riding black trails and intermediate features such as small drops and rock gardens

• Full face helmet recommended, plus knee and elbow pads

• Dual suspension mountain bike in good condition

This is not a coaching session. It is a social ride for capable intermediate riders.Not a member? Please consider joining to keep your local club thriving!
