Private Skills Session: With Chris

This session is an invite only private class with Chris and a tailored session for the beginner to lower intermediate rider as a refresher on fundamental skills and manoeuvres and may include:

• Building on fundamental skills such as body position, braking and terrain awareness
• Basic manoeuvres including cornering, front and rear wheel lifts, and roll-downs
• Line choice and linking sections of trail for better flow and speed

There are no prerequisite abilities for this session, however a moderate level of fitness is recommended. The following are also helpful but not required:

• A good understanding and application of the "ready" and "neutral" descending positions
• Good brake control - able to control speed on the trails without skidding
• Proficient use of gearing

All participants must have a trail-worthy mountain bike with front suspension at a minimum.

Please have proof of your Aus Cycling membership ready to view before your session starts.
