Introduction to mountain biking in a safe and welcoming environment. This event is open to all riders who identify as female or non-binary.  

​Duration: 2 hours

​Covers the key skills such as:

• Correct body position

• Braking

• Using gears 

Particular techniques explored on the day will depend on the interests and abilities of the riders present. A moderate level of fitness is recommended 

​Minimum Age: 15 years

All riders must have Aus Cycling insurance: https://www.auscycling.org.au/membership

A waiver will be sent prior to the event please confirm and complete it before your session. Please have proof of your Aus Cycling membership ready to view before your session starts.

• Horswood Car Park Main Entrance
• Please arrive at 8.15am to meet and check over bikes

MEET: At the main entrance to Horsewood Road car park, near the map stand.
