Intermediate riders who want to learn advanced techniques: Skills session with Helen Yates

​Duration: 2 hours: Skills session with Helen Yates

Maximum 5 participants

​

Covers the key skills such as:

• picking different line choices, 

• how to tackle trail obstacles,

• advanced braking techniques,

• body position for faster cornering, stronger climbing and more confident, stable descending.

Particular techniques explored on the day will depend on the interest and abilities of the riders present. Moderate level of fitness is recommended 

​Minimum Age: 15 years

All riders must have Aus Cycling insurance: https://www.auscycling.org.au/membership

A waiver will be sent prior to event please confrim and completed before your session. Please have proof of your Aus Cycling membership ready to veiw before your session starts.
