LDTR Social Ride: Smiths Gully - 21/06/26

Winter is here but we're still riding!

Whether you're keen to meet like minded souls or simply discover new trails then we'd love to have you join LDTR on the winter friendly trails at Smiths Gully. We will take in as many of the trails as you can handle! The trails at Smiths are old-school, narrow hand cut trails, however not too technical! If you can ride all trails at Lysty, you can ride these trails.

This ride is open to everyone aged 18+ (anyone under this age is welcome to join but must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and be able to ride with an intermediate level of fitness and skill).

The meeting point will be at the Smith's Gully General Store. We encourage you to plan to meet us at 9:15am for a 9:30am roll out.

We will be riding approximately 20 - 30km on blue trails. The trails at Smith's are more like old school XC trails, without too many features, though you can expect more climbing than at Lysterfield.

Once finished join us for coffee, snacks and chats at the Smith's Gully General Store.

What you will need:

• A mountain bike in good working order
• An Australian safety standards approved helmet
• Water, snacks, spare tube
• Freshly applied sun screen

There is no charge for this event but you MUST register.
